Employee Experience and Engagement

A structured employee experience program that brings EOR employees together through team events, social experiences and an annual trip, helping people feel connected, recognised and valued beyond their day-to-day work.

Creating stronger connections between employees, their peers and the wider Ryoss community

A more engaging employment experience designed to support belonging, wellbeing and long-term retention

About This Service

Employee Experience and Engagement is part of Ryoss’ broader Employer of Record solution and is included within the EOR employment experience and associated fees. While employees work day to day with their client, Ryoss creates opportunities throughout the year to connect through dinners, cultural and recreational activities, wellbeing initiatives and team events. The program also includes an annual trip to an exciting destination within Asia, giving employees meaningful time together and strengthening connection, recognition and team culture.

What's Included

Team Dinners and Social Events: Regular opportunities for employees to meet outside the workplace, share experiences and build stronger relationships with colleagues.

Cultural Experiences: Organised activities that may include local festivals, food experiences, heritage activities, exhibitions, tours and other opportunities to experience the culture of the region.
