The engagement begins with a discussion about the client’s objectives, current position, stakeholders, risks and expected outcomes. Ryoss then defines the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timeframes and commercial structure before work begins.

Deliverables depend on the engagement but may include assessments, recommendations, reports, implementation plans, project schedules, process maps, risk registers, templates, training materials, management briefings and documented handover information.

Confidentiality, data access, document controls, authorised contacts and information-handling requirements are defined within the engagement. Access is limited to the information and stakeholders required to perform the agreed services.

Yes. The engagement can be reviewed and adjusted as the business evolves, including changes to the scope, specialist resources, jurisdictions, project priorities or level of ongoing support, subject to agreement between the parties.
