We are looking for a Back Office / Administrative Support Staff to assist with internal operations, data handling, and administrative coordination. This role plays an important part in ensuring that processes are followed correctly and that information is accurate, organised, and accessible.
This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with structured tasks and data. You will support various operational functions, helping to maintain consistency and efficiency across workflows and internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal records, databases, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Perform data entry, data validation, and document management tasks across systems
- Support day-to-day administrative processes including reporting, tracking, and coordination
- Ensure information is organised, consistent, and aligned across internal platforms
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and operational updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure tasks are completed
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data and escalate where necessary
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or gaps
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data and information
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years experience in administrative or back-office roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and administrative tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Comfortable working remotely in a structured environment

- Experience using CRM systems or internal business platforms
- Exposure to operations, admin support, or shared services environments
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience handling large volumes of data or documentation
- Experience working in outsourcing or offshore support environments
