Data / Operations Analyst (VN)

We are looking for a Data / Operations Analyst to support reporting, analysis, and performance tracking across business operations. This role plays an important part in enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

This role suits someone who is analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyse datasets and identify trends and insights
  Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  Support operational tracking and performance monitoring
  Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems
  Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs

Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or operations roles
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

Preferred attributes (optional)

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to operations or performance reporting
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
• Experience in offshore or outsourcing environments
