Data / Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Data / Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and operational reporting. This role is responsible for analysing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve business performance.

This role suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and reporting tools. You will support operational tracking and help teams make informed decisions based on accurate and structured data.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data sets to identify trends and insights
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions
• Support operational tracking and performance monitoring
• Maintain and update data systems and records
• Collaborate with teams to understand reporting requirements
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or operations support
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred attributes (optional)

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to operations or performance reporting
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
• Experience in outsourcing or offshore environments
