Digital Marketing Specialist

Support and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across digital platforms. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through both paid and organic channels.

This role suits someone who is data-driven, creative, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels including social media, paid ads, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics
  • Manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement
  • Support email marketing campaigns including segmentation and tracking
  • Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives
  • Analyse campaign results and prepare performance reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts
  • Stay updated on trends and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email marketing
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads platforms
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred attributes (optional)

  • Experience managing campaigns for AU or US clients
  • Exposure to B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Experience using marketing automation tools
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills
  • Experience working in remote or offshore teams
