Healthcare Administrative Support

Provide administrative support for healthcare-related operations, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination.

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrative Support professional to assist with documentation, coordination, and administrative processes within healthcare-related operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring records are accurate, organised, and handled with confidentiality.

This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling sensitive information. You will support healthcare-related workflows by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring coordination across tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain patient or client records
  • Support scheduling and coordination of appointments
  • Handle documentation and administrative processes
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
  • Assist with reporting and data tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams as needed

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or healthcare support roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Preferred attributes (optional)

  • Experience in healthcare or medical administration
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems or processes
  • Exposure to US healthcare workflows
