IT Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support

Provide technical support across systems and users, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of IT-related issues.

We are looking for an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical assistance across hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role is critical in ensuring business operations run smoothly by maintaining system functionality and resolving issues efficiently.

This role suits someone who is technically capable, patient, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring users receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  • Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls while tracking issues properly
  • Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and user accounts
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
  • Assist with system updates, maintenance, and security protocols
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of users

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Experience using ticketing systems and support tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred attributes (optional)

  • Experience working in MSP or outsourced IT environments
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
  • Experience supporting international users or distributed teams
  • Strong documentation and process improvement skills
