QA Engineers / Software Testers (VN)

We are looking for a QA Engineer to support software quality through structured testing and validation across development cycles. This role plays a key part in ensuring that features are delivered reliably and meet functional requirements.

This role suits someone who is detail-oriented and methodical, with the ability to identify issues early, document findings clearly, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements
• Perform manual testing across web and/or mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
• Conduct regression testing to ensure stability of existing features
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
• Participate in Agile processes including sprint planning and stand-ups
• Maintain clear testing documentation including test plans and reports
• Support UAT processes where required

Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of experience in software testing or QA roles
• Strong experience in manual testing including functional and regression testing
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or TestRail
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to testing
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely in offshore or distributed teams

Preferred attributes (optional)

• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress
• Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman
• Experience working in offshore or outsourcing environments
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Experience supporting international client projects
